Had a few choices for Mazda dealerships in my area and chose 495 due to their responsiveness to my inquiries. Upon arriving on a Saturday afternoon I met With Bob, great guy! He grabbed my information and off we we went for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He spent a couple hours going over the car and finance options as well. Overall it was good experience so far. I was very disappointed in the negotiations with the sales manager.(Mike) When I spoke with him over the phone he was doubting the authenticity of my proposal from another dealer. When we were in final in final negotiations, he wouldn’t budge on lowering the price of the car $50 on a $30,000 vehicle.
