The sale itself was fine. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years, bought two cars from them, and have enjoyed their service until now, but this was awful. They just shrugged and were like "there's nothing we can do", leaving me completely in a lurch. And now I feel like I'm stuck going to them for the next several years because I just bought my car from them. More
