I had a great experience with this dealership once I was able to make it in to purchase the car. The sales manager Mike was excellent, professional, and accommodating. The sales associate Alex that I dealt with at the dealership was also very polite and knowledgable about the vehicle. I had a reasonable number in mind that I wanted to spend and they were able to give me that price with the features and add-ons I wanted. They did not try to up-sell or add additional fees. I will say that my initial experience over the phone with Rygan Santos was not as pleasant. He was not willing to give me simple information such as whether they had the certain parts in stock or what an estimated monthly payment would be without an argument about why it was too difficult to provide that information. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but shouting "Are you coming in or not!" and acting like the customer owes you something for doing your job is not how to make a sale. Luckily Mike and Alex made up for it with their professionalism. More

My overall experience with 495 was great. My only complaint is that they could’ve been more clear about the paying & registering process. I was only told on the day of my pickup that they couldn’t re complaint is that they could’ve been more clear about the paying & registering process. I was only told on the day of my pickup that they couldn’t register my car until they receive the full payment, which they turned down at the first place during my purchasing visit for not accepting personal chèques. Gladly everything sorted out later. They efficient registered and inspected the car within one hour, so I didn’t have to wait on site any longer than than I planned. Just hope that the paying and paperwork process was better explained so there needs not be any surprises. More
