He found us the color of RX that we wanted with the equipment that we desired. While we waited to sign papers, he made sure that we were comfortable. Even more importantly, he memorialized the purchase of the RX with the pictures of himself, me and that famous red Lexus bow on the car. This was very special because this car was not only a Christmas present but also my birthday present. A couple of days after the purchase he called to check to see how things were going with the car. We told him we were very happy with our purchase. I really appreciated the follow-up call.
