I came for the rear camera recall on my Crown. It should have taken 1.5-2hours. I was told after 90 mins I needed a new tire, fine. 2 hours hours later I had to ask about the status and was taken It should have taken 1.5-2hours. I was told after 90 mins I needed a new tire, fine. 2 hours hours later I had to ask about the status and was taken to see my car. it was obvious the work had just been done on the camera and the new tire was not yet mounted. I also had requested help with my Remote app which wouldn't connect. The tech said they needed half an hour to address this but the service rep had not told them I needed this help. I couldn't wait. 4.5 hours after I arrived I left with no resolution on the Remote app. Poor communication. Clearly my car wasn't addressed until hours after I arrived. Very poor experience and it will cause me to think twice about service at TOH. More

I am VERY disappointed because I just received an email that I need another appointment for further service . Why didn't" your perform this service while my car was there for my 80,000 mile checkup ?????? that I need another appointment for further service .
