The team at Toyota of Braintree make the overwhelming chore of car buying a seamless, dare I say *enjoyable*, experience, and make us feel taken care of in the process. From Mike’s patience with our mult chore of car buying a seamless, dare I say *enjoyable*, experience, and make us feel taken care of in the process. From Mike’s patience with our multiple test drives and millions of questions, to Carlos’s excellent deals on our trade in, and Sunny’s making sure every detail was correct on our paperwork (even catching mistakes we had overlooked ourselves!), we can’t say enough about this team and the personal attention they give to us, and this time our dog, who got lots of pets and attention, despite his lack or credit or brand loyalty! I have owned 3 Toyota trucks and have been with 3 Toyota dealerships in the past 20 years. Braintree Toyota is head and shoulders above the others. Their service has been excellent over the past 7 years. I just purchased my new Toyota Tundra and Mike Kayyali was my sales representative. In the purchase he has exceeded all expectations. He is responsive, and thoughtful and developed a level of trust and confidence with me that ensured me I could count on him and the dealership. I could not be more satisfied with his service. I also want to recognize the Sales Manager, Bob Keough, and the Finance Officer, Fred Zeiba who also went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and well taken care of. This is a true family business who cares about their customers beyond the sale. More
