However I have had issues with the car since day 1. This dealer has done nothing to fix it. The departments clearly don't communicate and my favorite was when I drove down there after being told there'd be a shuttle to take me home and there was not. So instead I waited two hours for them to fix the issue because I was told the part had come in just to be told the part hadn't come in. If I do buy a Toyota again it's definitely not this dealer. Worst experience I've had with a dealer by far More

Luis Morales was our sales representative. Luis was an absolute professional, he listened to understand every question or comment. When he responded it was clear you were heard. He is exceptionally knowledgeable of the Toyota features and benefits. Luis presented all purchasing and financing information clearly and thoroughly with no confusion. The Penn dealership provides a computer at his desk that makes the options and pricing easy to follow. Luis was also a true gentleman exhibiting genuine politeness and concern. We also were introduced to Mr Penn who was very supportive and spoke sincerely that he would greatly appreciate having us as a Penn customer. I would completely recommend you speak to Luis Morales when considering a purchasing a New or used car. Peter steffann More
