Sales person was very nice but we expressed that we did not want to sit around forever. Was there until 10:30pm and apparently the internet was down but we were not made aware. They said they would call us in the morning after speaking with the bank to see if the rate could be lowered. I asked that I be able to come in next day after work to just sign. Meaning they will call me with the info and then we come in to sign. No call that day. We came in after work and was still there for a couple of hours. We purchased a car you used for rentals and it had 0% oil life. Came back to get oil done next days with an appointment and was told 1 hour wait. We waited two hours. More
