Don’t trust 5 star reviews. Buyer beware! If negative stars could be a thing, they would get -10! Honestly, we were gullible and trusting that the salesman at this dealership ha Buyer beware! If negative stars could be a thing, they would get -10! Honestly, we were gullible and trusting that the salesman at this dealership had our best interest in mind. We were buying our first NEW CAR EVER and he made us feel like he had our back. We are just simple hardworking folks and proud of it, our oldest daughter works in real estate and always wants the best for her clients working for them to find the best deal, because she knows every penny counts for them. She paid for college waiting tables! Our youngest, and her incredible husband are serving our nation in the Air Force/government, they have a beautiful new born girl that my wife and I love, and try to buy clothes and practical needs with any extra money we have. Please, don’t be naïve, like we were. The salesman at this dealership acted like he understood our personal situation and that he was here for our best interests. It’s xxxxxxxx, honestly! I’m ashamed to have believed these snake oil salesman. After approximately 6 hours of being worn down in a cubicle, which is my fault for not walking out of the building to think better, I ended up suffocated and brain dead! They quoted us a price of 37K for a Toyota Corolla Cross XSE Hybrid, which, honestly we loved. However, once we were at the Financial Management person, Zeke. Spelling? Computer desk pen, "wand” in hand. This financier, who says he worked in his position for MANY years at this dealership, possibly robbing people? The purchase, sky rocketed to 42k from 37k, which we were originally Quoted by Zeke and salesmen now with a 9.5% interest rate! Zeke tried to show us the quote of 37k that we were given but spun numbers like a spider, ending up at approximately 42k or more! Zeke and the salesman assured us we could refinance with our bank in 6 months at a lower rate. This WAS TOTALLY A LIE! It’s all SMOKE and MIRRORS. CHASE doesn’t finance cars! If he CARED, he would have told us the truth about refinancing! He xxxx WELL KNOWS the local bank policies of financing! I would assume after years of doing his job, he knows all the banks in the area that refinance or don't vehicles. So MUCH for the BEST interest of customers! We are ashamed and embarrassed that we were so trusting, and now distressed, that we were “legally” robbed by this dealership! Also, we turned in a 2022 Toyota Camry in great condition, that we leased from this dealership with under 36k miles, that same day. They WILL make money on this vehicle! Yes, they WAVED the early turn in fees, they basically bought a new vehicle for18.5K, which the way, they are still billing us the monthly lease payment! Which they own! The bill is presently being contested by our bank. We are of course being billed for the new vehicle as well, paying a 9.5% interest THAT we were informed of after the purchase! Zeke HUNG UP on our daughter when she called him to ask how he could justify charging such OUTRAGEOUS fees, interest and overall prices that he did! He said that it’s OUR FAULT and it’s OUR CAR NOW! He said he didn’t know what bank we used and that he was too busy to talk! IF HR CARED he would’ve asked us what bank we used and check about refinancing options! IF YOU WORK HARD, which my wife and I really do and I’m SURE YOU DO as well, be VERY careful to not get ripped off and SCAMMED by these smooth talking 🐍. Broken hearted! Father and Grandfather. UPDATE!!!! 11/29/2024 Craig a “sales manager” and Jerry a finance manager tried HALF HEARTEDLY to get a hold of us during “REGULAR FOLKS “work hours. I couldn’t answer my phone because I was working. My company frowns on phone use! JERRY, an ex Marine IS RADIO SILENT! when we tried to follow up CRICKETS. Craig, THE "sales manager" does not follow up after our MULTIPLE attempts to call. We get voicemail and associates saying they are busy! We have given both email and phone #'s of my wife and I, as well as voicemail messages. SILENT! They seem to NOT WANT to do what is right b More

I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. On September 19, 2024, we leased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport under a 36-month agreement at $549.99 per month, with a total mileage allowance o On September 19, 2024, we leased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport under a 36-month agreement at $549.99 per month, with a total mileage allowance of 36,000 miles. As part of the deal, we traded in our 2023 Lexus GX 460, which was appraised at $55,000. At the time, the payoff amount for the Lexus was $50,789. The dealership agreed to allocate $2,546 from the trade-in value as a down payment for the Tacoma and issue a check for the remaining balance. After completing the initial paperwork and taking possession of the Tacoma, the dealership contacted us a week later, demanding that we re-sign the documents. We were told that the Lexus payoff would not be processed unless we complied. Despite the pressure and inconvenience, we re-signed the necessary documents on October 11, 2024, after Lexus charged us for the monthly payment due to the delay in payoff. On October 25, the finance manager confirmed that all paperwork was finalized and instructed us to begin making payments for the Tacoma. However, on November 1, the same finance manager informed us that the accounting department was just beginning to process the Lexus payoff and our refund check. We finally received the refund check on November 11, 2024—nearly two months after the lease began. Upon contacting Lexus on November 11, we learned that the vehicle payoff had still not been processed. Under Florida law, dealerships are required to pay off trade-in vehicles within 10 business days, a deadline this dealership has far exceeded, even after the updated paperwork was signed. More

I think that the process of buying my wonderful new car was excessively long and you need to hire more insurance people. I do want to say that our agent Sarah Jacholk was exceptional and if not for her was excessively long and you need to hire more insurance people. I do want to say that our agent Sarah Jacholk was exceptional and if not for her this sale would never have gone through. She found the exact car I wanted even though Delray Toyota could not. Every time there was a problem that day she anticipated it and was there to help me through the process. Sarah is very intelligent and if there is a way to promote someone in your system she should be moved to the top. She is an excellent sales professional as well and knew when to push the sale and when to let me think about it. I hope you have a way of rewarding her for her work. She also has excellent technical skills which I think your office badly needs. I was an IT director and I would have hired her in a heartbeat. More
