It’s a business… so once they have your business it’s over with. Been trying to get in contact with Derek Quinones since two days after my purchase. Even got a call from a “Jessica” to see if I had any q over with. Been trying to get in contact with Derek Quinones since two days after my purchase. Even got a call from a “Jessica” to see if I had any questions about the features of my car. Told her I googled any doubts I had, but that I’ve tried to communicate with Derek and She said she was there for instances like these also to ensure I can get in contact with someone when needed because they are”busy”… I can assure what his response will be to the help I need right now, because again, you already have my purchase and as most dealers “customer service” ends once you purchase, but the courtesy of a simple email should be the minimal. However I also still have no update on the amount finalized to pay off my trade in which Derek unsaid he’d follow up with the Monday after I got the car. Zayn, needs coaching/guidance on how to communicate and handle customer that are not your typical easy going. I was making a big purchase you don’t make every weekend. Of course I did my research and had questions and was going to ask around. His attitude showed when I had a question and seemed childish when he got responses that were not what he wanted to hear. He tries to come off as “cool” because he thinks he’s saying what I want to hear such as “I don’t give a xxxx if the amount of your purchase… I just need 10sales a month”, “I just want you to get a good deal, it’s the BIG people who are going to fight you for the price, they get paid off the amount…” I got the Honda financing so it can benefit me in the future, I doubt I’d ever be coming back. Zayn knew my fiance was also soon going to be purchasing a vehicle, but we don’t be back to this Honda that’s for sure. I just had a life changing event, where I can’t get a simple response even to just entertain the idea. Lesson learned. The HRV is great, but that has nothing to do with Brandon Honda. The experience, I will remember forever and I should’ve listened to an old employee who warned me about you guys… More

He was great liked him when our car had issues right away he went above and beyond trying to get it fixed in a timely manner kept up updated ended up taking 5 days to get my car which was a bummer but he was he went above and beyond trying to get it fixed in a timely manner kept up updated ended up taking 5 days to get my car which was a bummer but he was with us every step of the way helped us get the price we wanted also felt comfortable around him More

Good service. Not great. They messed up the address on my registration and even though I corrected them prior to leaving, I still had to call back to get it 100%. Not great. They messed up the address on my registration and even though I corrected them prior to leaving, I still had to call back to get it 100%. Left with tires aired up to 20some psi, so had to get that fixed which was frustrating. Very nice people otherwise, just need to pay attention to detail. More
