Got scammed with unwanted warranties and unexpected extra charges that was clearly declined multiple times thru out the sale process. Zane said the value was for down payment. Came to realize the value was f charges that was clearly declined multiple times thru out the sale process. Zane said the value was for down payment. Came to realize the value was for theft protection warranty and Audi road assistance. I also got charged for my trade in after 20+ days in their possession. Simply because they delayed to send pay off check to Audi financial. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your finances. More
