There are three main reasons why we purchased the Honda Odyssey Elite minivan at Brandon Honda. First; it is the best vehicle that fulfills our current and future needs. Second; your dealer is the closest location in proximity to our home. Third; your Relationship Manager Zane Holton was a great match for us from start to finish. He was professional, polite, patient, flexible and friendly. We also had the opportunity to meet Internet Director Jorgi Garcia, who was also helpful. More

This is a high volume dealership that will do what it can to get customers into vehicles. That said, they aren’t always straightforward about what that will take from a finance perspective if you are not an to get customers into vehicles. Lots of frustrating back and forth left me feeling a bit like I was baited then switched to a less advantageous deal. I’m not an ideal buyer — I get it. My trust is a bit bruised though. I also experienced some really annoying post-buy auto issues resulting in my brand new vehicle sitting in service for over two weeks. Be prepared to advocate for what you need at this dealership. They’re all nice people but the volume means poor follow ups. More
