Zander and Emmylea were a joy to work with. We actually went to another dealership after driving the car at Royal Moore, but walked out because the sales people at the other dealership were so We actually went to another dealership after driving the car at Royal Moore, but walked out because the sales people at the other dealership were so awful. I felt like Royal Moore treated us in a friendly and straight forward way as far as the negotiation of the price. There were no games...just an easy back and forth to arrive at a fair price for both sides. Thanks again! More

RM Subaru’s salesman Zander Spears was super useful in helping locate the Crosstrek trim level we were looking for, and helping us learn all about it (I had tons of questions never having owned a Subaru b helping locate the Crosstrek trim level we were looking for, and helping us learn all about it (I had tons of questions never having owned a Subaru before!). We really enjoyed working with him. The only aspect that could have been better after being turned over to the finance agent, was the super thick upsell questioning over and over after making it clear from the start that we didn’t want being and add on packages to the purchase. It really started to make me wonder if the Subaru quality just wasn’t there and I should switch to a comparable Toyota (we’re a Toyota family for over 35 years). Needless to say, we survived this time sink and are totally loving our first Subaru. Check back with me 3 years for an update. :) Oh yeah, Emmylea Krause’s follow up call a couple weeks later was also super useful. She answered several new questions I’d accumulated and told me more useful info/capabilities about the Crosstrek I wasn’t aware of. :) More
