From the moment I walked through the doors at Paragon Honda, the entire team treated me like family. They listened to exactly what I wanted, guided me honestly through the pros and cons of each option, and never once made me feel pressured. My sales consultant, Zak Hossain, went above and beyond answering every question (even the “silly” ones), arranging a seamless test-drive on short notice, and working tirelessly to get me the best possible deal. Financing was handled with transparency and speed; there were no last-minute surprises or hidden fees. Even after I signed the papers, they followed up to make sure I was comfortable with all the tech features and answered a few post-sale questions I had about maintenance schedules. It’s rare these days to find a dealership that truly stands by its customers, but Paragon Honda nailed it. If you’re in the market for a new ride, look no further—this is how car buying should be. Unfortunately my insurance was too high for me to afford a car but Zak tried his very best to explore every option for me. I had to hold off for a while but I appreciate the effort he put in to help. I was recommended to Zak from an old high school friend. He helped me buy out my Honda pilot. Helped me secure a low rate and was patient since I needed a few days to get my cosigner.
