From the moment I called Zach, I knew I found a salesman that understood the assignment... to not be pushy, to get me info quickly, and to make sure the price I wanted was achievable before I drove the 1.5 that understood the assignment... to not be pushy, to get me info quickly, and to make sure the price I wanted was achievable before I drove the 1.5 hours there to test drive. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great communicator even when I wasn't always being one myself. The Test drive went great, Zach's quick thinking saved me 2.75% on financing because the CPO in-house rate was better than my credit union, and I think we arrived at 3pm, Finished our Test Drive by 3:30, and were on our way home at 5pm. Eddie "Ed" Miller was a fast, friendly, and un-pushy team member that walked us through finance and signing, and we were pleasantly surprised to not have to do the awkward constant declining of service packages, warranties etc... He read the room and got us home quickly and efficiently. If every car buying process was run smoothly like this, I'd probably be buying cars more often. My last dealership process took me 1/2 a day, and these guys got it done in under 90 minutes WITH a test drive. If we need another car, I'm calling them back. More
