Lewisville Ford was the ONLY FORD DEALER IN THE AREA that would agree to do more than an oil change on a Saturday, and what a PHENOMENAL job they did. Our F150 TURNED OFF on I35 Friday at 4:32pm. Got it to Zach Nixon and the folks at Sam Pack Ford and the went above and beyond diagnosing the problems. I would not ever hesitate to go back to them for anything. Thank times over. More

My 2013 Ford Taurus was taken to Five Star Ford, Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach in the service department was the gentleman that I was in communication with while my Ford was being Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach in the service department was the gentleman that I was in communication with while my Ford was being worked on. Zach kept in touch on a daily basis while the vehicle was there, and he was very informative, professional, and friendly. The Ford was expedited quickly, and is running great thus far. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their quality of work to anyone who has a Ford vehicle , and is in need of service. More
