The staff was friendly and we are satisfied with the car but frankly the car wasn’t fully prepped when we rolled out. I had to go back to the dealership for valve stem caps which were all missing, the vehi but frankly the car wasn’t fully prepped when we rolled out. I had to go back to the dealership for valve stem caps which were all missing, the vehicle was only charged to 23% and there was no windshield washer fluid which I purchased rather than return to the dealership again. The only other negative was how many times I have been contacted to purchase an extended warranty which I made clear I had no interest each time More
