When Zachary stopped bottling ostrich milk in late 2019, he realized he was missing his true calling....trucks! Zachary came to Marty's wanting to leave the "Osti Business" behind. He was looking for a new way to bring joy to people, and do it in a way that his ostrich milk never could. Since his arrival, Zachary has made the Marty's experience a better one, and we're glad to have him on the team.

The dealer was not properly prepared for my arrival. Additionally, after the 3 hours trip home I noticed the front drivers plastic panel was sticking out because the plastic tab is broken. This vehicle had a turn signal recall which required removal of this panel to complete. It seems obvious it was damaged. Also the plastics in the frunk are also not sitting correctly, also needed removal for the recall. After a previous review of the dealership they emailed saying they would take care of it but I never heard from them. Apparently that was just to help mitigate the poor review. I have purchased a dozen vehicles in the last couple years and this was by far the worst experience. More

After a long a The paperwork had to be done 3 times due to errors the dealer did not check or validate before I spent 3 hours driving to the dealer. After a long and frustrating process I finally got on the road for home. When I got home I found the front drivers plastic panel sticking out. At closer look the tab that holds it in place was broken. Recently I noticed that both side panels inside the frunk are also not seated correctly. I know this car had the headlight recall and reading the recall and repair step document it is clear the dealer removed these parts to execute the recall and must have damaged these parts in the process. I mentioned this the next day in an email to my sales person who stated it was a manufacturing defect and have a dealer fix it. Now my more local dealer is telling me it is not covered under warranty. Very upset to say the least. To spend over $100,000 and get this kind of treatment is not encouraging me to buy another GMC. Considering I average one vehicle a year that’s a shame. More
