After contacting Jim Norton three times via email and voicemail over several days, was given no response or follow up communication, I finally went in to the dealership in person. Waited OVER AN HOUR for a manager and still do not have the needed paperwork to register my car. Really? This is the care you give to customers who have purchased their last two vehicles through you guys.
