Zack Cross at Pacifico helped us lease our new Hyundai Tusan. The team at Pacifico was very friendly. I'm very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata. I mainly worked with Zach throughout the purchasing process. However, I did have an issue that took just u I'm very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata. I mainly worked with Zach throughout the purchasing process. However, I did have an issue that took just under 2 months to resolve. Pacifico overcharged me over $500 dollars in taxes. They made me aware of their error on my return visit to Pacifico a few days later, to finish paperwork. First, they did try to sell me services and upgrades instead of refunding. It took 2 months to receive a reimbursement. Plus, I purchased my new car with cash so they already had the full amount in hand, including the erroneous additional $500. It took multiple calls and e-mails over the course of 8 weeks to get Hyundai to send me a refund check. Contacting Zach and finance manager Mike Bernick was a dead end. I eventually reached out to Maria Pacifico and Tom Flynn who finally took care of my outstanding issue. That part of my purchasing experience is why I cannot recommend this dealership. More
