Please know that although I did not buy my RAV4 from Zach Clark, he was my hero yesterday. I tried a number of times to sync my new iPhone to the Bluetooth , as I’ve done I’m in the past! So as I drove by Ko Clark, he was my hero yesterday. I tried a number of times to sync my new iPhone to the Bluetooth , as I’ve done I’m in the past! So as I drove by Kolosso yesterday- I turned around and sought assistance. It turns out that Zach offered assistance ( not the kind he hoped for I’m sure). He solved the problem AND taught me what to do in the future. I’m grateful for his friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge-Kolosso should be too. Mary Vander Loop More

As a first time car buyer, Zach Clark took care to answer all questions, go over all details thoroughly, and make my experience buying my RAV4 exciting/enjoyable! I had gone to a few other dealerships where all questions, go over all details thoroughly, and make my experience buying my RAV4 exciting/enjoyable! I had gone to a few other dealerships where I felt ignored and pressured into making a same day decision. I would highly recommend Kolosso Toyota to anyone in the market for a car. More

Very poor service experience from Kolosso Toyota. Brought a 2013 Rav4 in for soft breaks. The service team bled the brakes and said it was fixed. After we picked it up, we realized it had not chan Brought a 2013 Rav4 in for soft breaks. The service team bled the brakes and said it was fixed. After we picked it up, we realized it had not changed at all. The service person was rude and condescending when he drove it and said, "well it stops doesn't it!" After contacting the service manager, he asked to drive it himself and agreed they were not fixed. Next attempt failed also. Never got a face to face with the service manager and he was over an hour late for the appointment that he scheduled with me. The recommended repair was a complete brake job, so we went from they are fine to a full brake replacement. Very poor experience. Will never go back. More

My experience was the best yet. I have not had very good luck with the service team at Kolosso until I met with Zach. He was what all service people should be. Friendly, compass I have not had very good luck with the service team at Kolosso until I met with Zach. He was what all service people should be. Friendly, compassionate and informative. This gives me hope for any future work my vehicle might need. More
