Went Out of Their Way To Ensure Great Customer Experience This is the 3rd time I have had my car serviced here since buying my 2015 Acura ILX. Each time, the staff have been kind and have not been pushy, whi This is the 3rd time I have had my car serviced here since buying my 2015 Acura ILX. Each time, the staff have been kind and have not been pushy, which I appreciate. I had a couple of concerns heading into the appointment after recently receiving a letter related to an airbag recall on my vehicle. Since my appointment was for a tire rotation and oil change, I wasn't sure what to expect in relation to how the dealership would handle the recall, particularly since there is currently a national backorder on the impacted parts. I voiced my concerns and was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating the dealership was at meeting my needs. The dealership went out of their way to develop a plan that both fit my needs and my work schedule. When it comes to customer service, these guys get it! More

Not a good car buying experience We had a hard time get a fair price for the car. We were low balled on our trade- in. Then we received a certified vehicle that had body damage (dent) We had a hard time get a fair price for the car. We were low balled on our trade- in. Then we received a certified vehicle that had body damage (dent). We returned the vehicle for repair. The vehicle was kept over night., however the repairs weren't completed. I've been asked to bring the car back in a week and half to be repaired. This experience started bad and continues on the same path. More

Columbus Acura service department is one of the best service screw and service experience I have ever had. Staffs are exceptional kind and willing to answer any questions you have about the problem. They are very knowledge in all aspect about the vehicle. They serves customer at the speed of light. They get you in and send you out with a loaner car so you will be on your way to work or do whatever it is important to you. When the vehicle is ready to pick up, they give you a call promptly. The whole servicing experience is exceptional. More

Acura mdx We had issues getting our acura MDX to start. First visit was informed it was due to our blue tooth pulling too much juice while the vehicle was off. We had issues getting our acura MDX to start. First visit was informed it was due to our blue tooth pulling too much juice while the vehicle was off....system was disconnected and issue seemed to be resolved. A week later the acura did not start again...brought it back in to find out I needed a new battery. Was pleased with service but wish this was caught on my first visit and would have saved me $100 plus. More

From the valet out front to the service desk to the Todd Skidmore, the customer service guy and the check out desk...you always feel like they are wanting to help. I love that they get you in on time and out as quickly as possible. The packet reflecting the breakdown of the service performed with graphics and descriptions are helpful for maintenance due now and in the near future. So you can plan ahead. I have no anxieties when scheduling service. Acura Columbus is where I purchased my MDX and where I choose to have it serviced. Hands down! More
