My 2019 toyota tundra radio was black out and replaced with a new one at Toyota Brookfield. The following day I noticed when I am using the phone or radio there was a loud noise coming inside my vehicle, with a new one at Toyota Brookfield. The following day I noticed when I am using the phone or radio there was a loud noise coming inside my vehicle, I took it back several times and it wasn't fixed, I was upset and said I am not going back. It was getting worst, so I said I would give them another try. I called and was transferred to Zach .S Who told me to take it in. I took it in an Zach .S check it out and made arrangement for me to get a rental car and he will keep the truck in the shop. Zach .S communicated with me almost every day and keep me updated .I had the rental for over a week for free and finally my radio and phone issues were solved by Zach .S and team, I can talk on my phone and listen to music without no interruption. This Is the second experience I had with Zach. S, he is a amazing person, very intelligent and hard working, a no nonsense person and will surely do what he says. Thanks again Eric More
