Typical bait and switch scam you would expect from buying
a used car. I paid extra for a certified pre owned car because of the warranty. A year later my air bag light came on and I brought it in. I was told

I was told by Zach that it was covered but they were too busy to fix it that day. I made an appointment and came back and was told by Daimara it was covered also but would take time. I called several times for an update only to be told I would get a call back. 9 hours later I was called shortly before closing time and was told my warranty didn't cover safety issues and I would have to pay over $1,000.00. Total scam job. This is my first Honda and it is probably a good brand. I just don't recommend buying one here. It's clearly a total scam operation. Let the buyer beware

I bought my car here because reliability was a major factor. Honda vehicles supposedly last forever. One year later I bring my car to the dealership because a safety light about my airbag went on. The service person, Zach, told me it was under warranty but they were too busy to fix it that day. I went back 30 days later and tried to get it fixed. After being assured it was under warranty, the tech told me it would cost over $1000 dollars. I've always heard that you should never bring your car to the dealer to get fixes. But this place is the example why. The salesperson, and the service person both said I was covered. And both were liars. Don't confuse the bra d for being reliable. At the end of the day the dealer is a scam artist. I'm totally shocked that Crown Honda operates this way. I will continually encourage people not to shop here.

At the time you originally came in to have the vehicle inspected, the repair needed was in fact covered, but due to the time restraints given, the full diagnosis and repair was not performed. That coverage expired last month, which is 12 months from your purchase date. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused, but I would like to discuss the solution I have with you. Zach told me it was under warranty but never entered me in the computer. I gad to argue for 30 min when I came back because if that. Zach saiid I was under warranty. The new person Damaira said I never came in before. Just because Zach never took notes, you can clearly check the appointment log. Daimara was very rude and criticized Zach for not keeping proper records. Then kept my car for 9 hours before telling me my warranty didn't cover safety issues? Thats why I bought a Honda! Typical dealership scam. Buy the warranty, then $1000.00 when it breaks down. I'm vert disappointed. I bragged about my buing experience to everyone it's sad to find out this place is just another used car scam.
Zach was a great service advisor.
He was able to get me in on short notice and quickly and efficiently solve all my problems. Will definitely be coming back next time I need maintenan
