With over 20 years in the retail automotive business, I have a vast knowledge of overall service and repairs for both Import and Domestic vehicle makes. Prior to the service industry, I was a Corrections Officer in the State of Nevada and also was a Quality Control Lieutenant for a Private Security company in charge of of both property patrols and armed alarm response for both business and residential clients. They took 2. 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. Shyla suggested that it takes longer for service of non-Honda vehicles and that I might want 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. After tire rotation the car pulled to the right because they put two different tires on the left and right front. I had to pay a local tire dealer to fix the problem. More
