Zach is awesome!! He spent so much time making me a video, communicating with me (on his day off!), and doing paperwork/making sure we were good to go when we came to get our vehicle. Zach was very clear, answered our questions thoroughly and when we decided to buy, we went back to White River Toyota to find him. As a woman, it is very important to me that men in customer service treat me as an equal. Too many don't. But seems to understand that more women make the financial decisions in their families than men. He was friendly, made sure we got to test drive what we wanted, steered us away from models that he didn't think would suit us, and asked really good questions to figure out the right fit for us. One personal note: This is the first car I've bought in 16 years because I had a Corolla that I just loved to drive and knew I could depend on. Like many people, I had become quite attached to her and parting with her (even though I knew it was time) was quite emotional. I thought Zach handled that situation very well. I would recommend both this dealership and this salesperson. More

Straightforward, Respectful Zac was a great salesman. I was upfront about what I wanted & needed, and he was able to accommodate that without an issue. When I declined to make an immediate decision, it was not a problem. When I finally made up my mind, he was just as gracious as at the beginning. And, although I delayed my decision, Zac was able to expedite the completion of the sale VERY effectively. Love my new car, and got it at the price I needed. This is the second car i've bought from WR Toyota, and I may never shop anywhere else again. Service Dept. there is also excellent on their scheduling and communications. I'll do a shout out to Kimberli too. More

Zach Is super prepared & helpful! This is my first new car experience and dealership experience. I am thankful I had Zach helping me because he’s helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was 100% at his job! Upon inspection of the vehicle, it had minor damage and I have to wait at least a week before it’s repaired so that is a pretty big bummer. Maybe I’m naive because I’ve never purchased a brand new vehicle but I wasn’t expecting over 200 miles on it and having it repaired before I even get to take it home. This in no way reflects on Zach...he’s the best at his job and Id recommend him any day to anyone! More
