Service Dept is a joke.
Overbooked and understaffed! I made an appointment for an oil change / tire rotation and when I dropped my car off, Zach said it would take 60 - 90 m
Overbooked and understaffed! I made an appointment for an oil change / tire rotation and when I dropped my car off, Zach said it would take 60 - 90 minutes. 90 minutes later I walked up to service desk to ask about my car and Zach said my car was probably still on the lift. It was still sitting in the service bay 20 ft from where I dropped it off waiting to be serviced. Needles to say I was ticked off and immediately left with my vehicle. Never going back!
