Salesman casually mentioned on test drive that previous owner took out back seat. I didn’t know he meant permanently! Arrived home excited with my 2022 chevy Colorado purchase and discovered no back seat owner took out back seat. I didn’t know he meant permanently! Arrived home excited with my 2022 chevy Colorado purchase and discovered no back seat I pick up my 6 yo grandson from school everyday. I cannot legally transport him without a backseat. This is a huge problem. There was nothing in paperwork re missing back seat. The salesman was not clear in informing me. I have called numerous times to no avail. I tried to elevate. Spoke with Billie twice but he’s never called me back. Sent in depth text to “help” person Jennifer on website twice. Again no follow up as promised. Many phone calls met with “mailbox is full”. Tried to find how to handle a complaint with this business to no avail. Even Wal Mart has a complaint dept. I will continue on my quest. School starts soon. Sincerely Joell Rose More

Prior to leaving from Texas, Rodney put the truck in the rear, ensuring it wasn’t sold during our 5 hour drive. Rodney and Tristen were both very personable. Once we decided to make the purchase, the process went pretty quickly. I was quite surprised that such an expensive vehicle and it didn’t come with any floor mats. Rodney said that it would probably only cost $150 if I bought them from WeatherTech myself. Although I was disappointed, $150 didn’t seem horrible. However, I later learned that the package actually cost more than $350. I pinged Rodney with several questions post sale. He was very responsive and provided direct answers. Besides the floor mat issue, I thought that the Patriot team did a great job. In short, I would buy from them again. More
