I am a repeat customer (of Donnie's). Donnie showed me the vehicle with features I wanted. Adam helped to get me the finance options that I was happy with. Jason was great for the mood we were in and pace we wanted to go when we arrived to the dealership. He was very honest about what he knew and didn't know about the vehicle we were interested in, which wanted to go when we arrived to the dealership. It was obvious that when the management team got involved, they didn't want us to leave without the sale that day and that dragged out the process which was a little annoying. My shopping experience was a bit challenging in today's world of complications related to purchasing a vehicle, but my overall experience with Zach was very pleasant. His demeanor was excellent and made me world of complications related to purchasing a vehicle, but my overall experience with Zach was very pleasant. Zach even went above and beyond by texting me photos of the exact car they did not have on the lot prior that was on the lot the following day. Great experience with Zack Mooney with initial purchase. We love our 2023 Nissan Rouge. Made appointment for 5000 service for sept 3rd. Only our second time at the dealership…..we turned into driveway as we We love our 2023 Nissan Rouge. Made appointment for 5000 service for sept 3rd. Only our second time at the dealership…..we turned into driveway as we saw sign on building “ service reception”. All doors were locked …no one in sight. Drove down the hill and went to that door. Locked. Fortunately a man came out and ask if we were looking for Nissan service and directed us to the location. . This was frustrating. Not good signage. Need to remove the old signage on other building More
