Worst delivery experiences at a Ford Dealer I have ever had . Four hours to pick up a A plan special order F150. They did not honor the appointment time I made several days earlier. One excuse after anoth had . Four hours to pick up a A plan special order F150. They did not honor the appointment time I made several days earlier. One excuse after another. Dirty vehicle only ran thru the car wash and turned the wipers on to clean the windshield. Also , someone drove it 37 miles before I picked it up . Was never given a copy of the application for State of Mich Title and plate transfer to prove I purchased it there . Sales Manager and F&I persons very rude . Will never go back just a cluster for 4 hours . More

We purchased a new car from Trevor Wortman at Suburban in March of 2024. Trevor was upfront, on the ball, and valued our time. If he didn't know the answer he quickly knew who to get the answer from. They don’t pressure you into buying, they make you feel comfortable. They make it seem that their number goal is NOT just selling, but helping people and making them feel happy and proud! If there was a face of selling vehicles, Melissa would be that person! Thanks again to Melissa Stephan Pam and Zach! More

I’m on my fifth vehicle lease from Suburban Ford of Waterford. Their sales team, finance team and management team are always top notch to work with. That’s what keeps us coming back. Waterford. I recently bought a 2016 F150 from Suburban Ford of Waterford. I love the truck. I am not so happy with the sales staff. I worked with Pam to negotiate a price of $14,800 + fees. I then was working wit Waterford. I love the truck. I am not so happy with the sales staff. I worked with Pam to negotiate a price of $14,800 + fees. I then was working with Ryan on the purchase. I contaccted Ryan and he said everything is set up and ready, just come pick up the truck. I drove 4 hours to purchase the truck. When I signed the paperwork (through the tablet) Michael the finance guy went through the paperwork so fast, I barely had time to look at it. Although he did have time to show me all of the extended warrenty oprions. As it turns out, there must be a method to that type of sales because when i got home, my sales price on a $14,800 +fees was over $18,000. I did contact Ryan and he forwarded me to Michael who did not return my contact, so I contacted Zach the sales manager and again no contact. So my advice is to make sure you read all of the fiqures and get the deal you were promised. I realize I should have paid more attention but i thought they were trustworthy, again, I do love the truck but I will not be visiting Suburban Ford of Waterford again. I have talked with the general manager and he is looking into my situation. More

I woke up at 7am, went to work, ate a cheese sandwich for lunch, went home, watched the QVC shopping channel, and ate my dinner alone. Chicken breast with no seasoning. In a way, I was like my dinner... no seasoning. I went to bed early and dreamt of better days. But I didn't know how to change my dull existence. I just figured I was doomed forever. Then, one day, everything changed. It was 3 pm and I was driving. I came upon my local Ford dealer and decided I'd stop in to check out their latest lease deals. I was driving 1996 Aerostar mini van and although it had a lot of space for my 6 cats, the gas mileage wasn't great and I was in the market for something new. I strolled into the doors of Suburban Ford and out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a man. But this was no ordinary man. He was sporting a fresh, crisp white button down shirt and had the swagger of P- Diddy in the late 90's. I figured he must be the guy who built the first Ford GT with his bare hands, so I looked around for a car salesman. But, to my total surprise, this real life deity approached me and introduced himself. "I'm Zach Lukenbill" he said, "and I make dreams come true." I was in awe. I knew right then and there that I was going to get the deal of a lifetime. He was the Kanye West of automotive professional, and I was about to be a Kardashian. Without even asking me what car I wanted, he took me over to a Ford Fusion. It's icy silver paint job was glimmering in the mid afternoon sun and as I peered through the windshield, my eyes fixed on the interior. It was at this moment that my life changed forever. Zach opened the door to the powerful chariot and the sheer shine of the leather seats blinded my virgin eyes. When I sat into the drivers seat, the soft and smooth cows hide enveloped my skin and I felt my soul leave my body. This was a vehicle crafted for a king. I didn't feel worthy to be in the presence of such craftsmanship. I glanced into the rear view mirror and somehow Zach was now in the backseat. He leaned in over my shoulder and whispered into my ear. "Push to start." My finger found the ignition button and the steel vessel let out a thunderous roar as the horses revved under the hood. Never once in my miserable existence had I come across such a car. I knew it had to be mine. But surely, it was too expensive. There was no way I could afford it. "Zach..." I said, "I don't think this is in my price range." Zach let out a mighty laugh. "Do you want to be a baller?" He asked. I looked down at the floor, embarrassed. "Zach... I don't think I'm a ba-" Before I could finish my sentence, he placed the keys to the Fusion in my hands, and cupped my hands together with his own. And while looking me dead in the eye, he assured me. "You, my friend. You ARE a baller." A single tear streamed down his face. "Go, my son." He said. "Be free." He gave me a thumbs up as I walked out the door, and into my car. This was first day of the rest of my life. A few weeks have passed since I brought home my 2019 Ford Fusion with leather interior and things have already changed for the better. I no longer spend my days wasting away. I am the life of the party. Everyone wants to be my friend. When I go out to the club, women hand me their phone numbers without me even asking. They see my car, and they just know. When a man is next to me at a traffic light and he looks over and sees my vanilla frosting bucket seats, he just breaks out into tears and slams his head into the steering wheel out of pure jealousy. My dinners are no longer tasteless. I now season my chicken with salt and pepper. And when I'm feeling a bit reckless, I even add paprika. I received a raise at my job, my favorite sports teams are winning, my skin looks more tan, and even my eyesight improved. I no longer need to wear glasses. I think it's safe to say that I went from a lonely nerd to a big daddy baller, and it was all because of Zach Lukenbill. More
