Update on selling my 2018 Honda Oddysey EX-L w/NAV & RES with 49,526 miles. It is very disappointing that Honda of Joliet does not appreciate long term LOYAL customers! This was my 3rd Odyssey and I ALWAYS brought my vehicles purchased at this dealership for service and maintenance (except tires). Honda of Joliet Sales Manager Hardy Patel was not fair or customer friendly when telling me that they could only give me $28,000 for my Odyssey. Kelly Blue Book, Edmonds & one private dealership offered $30,000. I mentioned this and they did not try to offer a Loyal customer this fair and honest price! Just to save $2,000.00 this dealership showed me how they appreciate Loyal customers. It may not matter to them but they have lost my future buisness and I want ALL to know of this! I eventually sold my Odyssey to Carmax for $30,000.00 HASSLE FREE! As soon as you walk into Carmax from beginning to end their staff were very professional, smiling and definitely adhere to etiquette on how to talk to their customers. Honda of Joliet, You need to do better for your customers, loyal customers, by honoring KBB or Edmunds fair vehicle value and how your employees render proper etiquette when greeting customers on the phone or in person. Service After the Sale needs to be followed through from beginning to end!
