Went in just to look at a car initially. Knew what I wanted, just was in the fence as I was happy with my current vehicle, but an upgrade would enable me to go more places. Did my homework ahead of time anticipating the buying process as this was my first car purchase. When I met Zach, the process I realized was a lot more simple. He was very straight forward, professional, open and honest. Also was great at filling in any questions I had and providing an overall knowledgeable experience. Even helped me get a test drive set up that had me feeling sold. We were in touch after and after some thinking he made sure I had my purchase secured so I can get home and trade my vehicle in. Sent me pictures once the vehicle I selected was secured. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and simple process overall. Very pleased with how everything went today. Wow! For a few years, I've been coming here for service on my Subaru that I had purchased elsewhere. I decided it was time to upgrade so I came into sal For a few years, I've been coming here for service on my Subaru that I had purchased elsewhere. I decided it was time to upgrade so I came into sales and the experience was phenomenal! I knew what I wanted and was setup with an appointment with Zach Gaskill - he arranged to test drive the same model, but a different trim level as they did not have the trim level I wanted on the lot, but there were some on the way. After the test drive, I was hooked and we looked at the numbers and did the paperwork. Zach was in constant contact, giving me updates as my vehicle was in transit. He even sent pictures minutes after it was off the truck. When it was finally ready, the final purchase experience was just as great. I worked with Hector on the finance side and he worked out an AMAZING deal which was better than what I was hoping for. I know I got the best price and best deal possible without all the hassle that has traditionally gone into a vehicle purchase. I was completely blown away by how GREAT this entire experience was.
