Went for my first routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, & overall inspection). When I arrived Zach Ford was very friendly and took the time to explain what would be looked at, covered under my p rotation, & overall inspection). When I arrived Zach Ford was very friendly and took the time to explain what would be looked at, covered under my plan, and how often I should come back for certain services. I opted to wait in the very nice waiting area. I received a text about 30 minutes later stating that everything looked great and all that needed to be done was the oil and tires. The text including a link to a video by the service tech showing and explaining what he had looked at. Even though the service department seemed very busy, I was out the door in a little over an hour. They seem very efficient. Thanks for a great experience! More
