Although I’m new to the automotive industry, I’m dedicated to learning more every day and truly enjoy resolving any issues customers may have with their vehicles. Initially I thought this was a great dealership until I had to deal with the other side which is service and customer relations management. Coming in I was under the impression that I had another free oil had to deal with the other side which is service and customer relations management. Coming in I was under the impression that I had another free oil change as my terrain is a 2024 when it was time to go I was met with $100 bill and being told my truck would be held hostage unless I could pay. Then I was talked to with a condescending tone by who I found out to be manager of service. She didn’t like that I expressed my feelings so when I brought up an issue with my new truck she refused to put in that service request and that issue has yet to be fixed. I did a review with gmc which led to Alexis customer relations manager calling me and saying she would get my refund for the oil change taken care of as well as my issue with my vehicle on the books and would return my call once it is handled at the end of the day at the most the following Monday well that was 3 weeks ago she still has not done what was agreed upon and refuses to answer my calls or return any voicemails requesting a call back!!! This is very disappointing I was never treated this way when I had my Honda and as much as I love my truck this experience alone has made me regret my choice to switch to a gmc vehicle. Customer service is what make or break a business and so far I have experienced horrific customer service. I definitely will not be sending anyone to them because I wouldn’t want anyone to endure the treatment that I have. Hopefully they do better in the future by all customers and potential customers!
