Zach was AWESOME!! Zac was very friendly upon his approach and was extremely knowledgeable about all the models I was interested in. He took us out to drive 3 jags and Zac was very friendly upon his approach and was extremely knowledgeable about all the models I was interested in. He took us out to drive 3 jags and never once tried to be pushy in his sales approach which would have been a complete deal-breaker for me. Instead, he was very accommodating and professional answering any questions I had which I totally appreciate. He ultimately earned my business and I left there with a gorgeous new SUV. Zach Phillips was great, answered all my questions, and when he did not know the answer, was happy to refer me to the service manager who could. We took and extended test drive as well, in town and on the highway. Even though I did not purchase a car this visit, they did not pressure me in any way, and encouraged me to finish my research on EV's before I bought. Great experience, and if I decide on the I-Pace as my EV of choice I will definitely return. More
