New Suburu Owner I initially walked into the Suburu side of the dealership intending to look at used cars and was told all the reasons why I should consider a new car I initially walked into the Suburu side of the dealership intending to look at used cars and was told all the reasons why I should consider a new car instead. I listened and test drove a new car but was skeptical of the "sales pitch." I then went to many other dealerships in my search for used vehicles of various makes and models and was disappointed by their too casual approach, in some cases limited information on their vehicles, the interest rates and the limited warranty options. I also drove a few new cars at other dealerships as well. I was drawn back to White Bear Suburu. What initially felt like a sales pitch started to feel more like enthusiasm for their product and information about factors I hadn't considered. Sales person Yvonne Vollman was exceptional in her communication and worked hard to meet my needs throughout the buying process. I felt informed but never pressured. The other staff in the Suburu side of the dealership that I encountered were also very personable and always willing to answer all my many questions thoroughly. More
