Super helpful and responsive staff. The repair for my vehicle at the collision center was underwhelming. My vehicle went in Aug. 9 and I didn't get it back until Nov. While I understand there are backorders and shipping delays, it doesn't underwhelming. My vehicle went in Aug. 9 and I didn't get it back until Nov. While I understand there are backorders and shipping delays, it doesn't explain the repeated amount of times that we were told different things every time we called. One week we were told they weren't working on the vehicle repairs due to a part on backorder, then next week we were told the vehicle would be ready the following week because they had the part and were still working on repairs, the following week we told the vehicle wasn't done because they were waiting on the part to come in...the same part that they previously told us was in and they were working on. Different stories on the timeline of repairs every single week. When I picked up my vehicle, something wasn't working, I hadn't even left the parking lot. I went back in and was told they were done with my vehicle, to take it to my dealer to see what was wrong, and to bring in a receipt if there were additional repairs needed. My dealer mechanic found that Uftring Weston Collision hadn't plugged in the fuses. A simple fix, yet something completely overlooked. I brought in the receipt to be reimbursed and now am waiting until the person who handles the reimbursements can cut me a check. Additionally, my dealer mechanic can see the records from the collision shop and saw that my car never was touched until Oct. 11. For two months my car sat and was never worked on, there was not an 8 week backorder and shipping delay. Tell the truth, be honest, this builds repeat customers. I will never bring another car here again: lack of communication unless I call, dishonesty and poor customer service. More
