Pick a Truck I was trying to decide if I wanted a Dodge, Chevy, or Ford pick-up. Dallas Lease Returns had all 3 that I could test drive. Yualian was the person assisting me. I told him I wanted to take the truck and get it fully checked out. He said sure take a few days, he wanted me to make sure I was very satisfied with the truck before I bought it. The truck checked out perfect, Yualian had assured me that they only keep the best vehicle to sell after they were leased, the others go to auction. At no point did I feel pressured or uneasy about the transaction. The best part was he was the only person I had to talk to and I financed part of the purchase. We decided to go out of state to see the truck but while we were on the process of it he worked extra hard and made it feel easy. We didn't have to wait long to end the tidious part of all (paperwork yiakes!) we are more than pleased with all his help. Besides being amazed with the wonderful attention, inventory was also a Wow. All the vehicles are well taken care of at a decent price. Definitely recommending friends and family. And why not, go back to buy another vehicle sometime down the road! :) More

We took a test drive and Yulian was very informational regarding the car and I felt extremely comfortable. The process was quick and easy. Amazing experience My husband and I bought a car last week from Dallas lease returns and I could not be more impressed with Yulian and The entire experience we had there My husband and I bought a car last week from Dallas lease returns and I could not be more impressed with Yulian and The entire experience we had there. The day we met Yulian we Walked away feeling at ease with the entire process, he was never pushy or aggressive in any way, but extremely attentive. We felt like we were his only customers and that he truly cared about us and our family. I remember walking away the day we met him and my husband and I saying "that is a good man" you could just tell he had good character and was a man of integrity. He truly had our best interest in mind. My husband and I work 7pm-7am as nurses and Yulian was more than willing to accommodate our crazy schedule. He stayed after his normal working hours and never once rushed us. The day we finalized the process he even brought the car to us in Wylie! Who does that?!! Talk about customer service! Another thing I wanted to mention is the day we finalized the deal we were going to come in after our shift and it ended up being a tough shift and I was sick and we called to reschedule. Yulian was totally understanding and told us that it worked out better anyway because he wanted to talk to one more bank. He didn't have to do that--we had already agreed to the rate the bank presented. No one else would take it upon themselves to do that when a customer had already agreed to a deal. We have a little bit of a challenging credit situation and Yulian fought to get us the absolute best rate possible! That is a true picture of honesty and integrity. I have never encountered another salesperson like Yulian and I can honestly say all of our future business will be with him. We have already told everyone we know about him and will continue to do so. We cannot say enough about what an outstanding individual he is and how he took care of us. We will never forget his kindness. What an amazing experience! More
