Need to update your website. States on Saturday opens at 7:30 service area. Also shows a 39.95 oil change. Disorganized. Told me recalls would take all day, took 2 hours, so scheduled rides I didn't have could have just waited. Lost my invoice, tried to charge me for Told me recalls would take all day, took 2 hours, so scheduled rides I didn't have could have just waited. Lost my invoice, tried to charge me for the recall. Because of all this took over 30 minutes to pick up my car. Ordered the wrong additional part I asked for. Had to make another trip to pick it up a few days later. Just too much hassle for simple recalls and a small plastic part! Also had to request my battery change sticker from previous warranty bolt battery change that no one seemed to know about, until I asked. Never would have had proof that my battery had been fixed if I hadn't asked! More
