After the service was completed and paid, it took over an
hour to deliver my car. It turns out the employee, Consuela, who was tasked with pulling my car around left my keys in another vehicle that was deli

At first she lied and said she never got the keys from the cashier. There was no urgency from Consuela to correct the error as she was called several times by the cashier to find the keys. Then she realized she had left my keys in the car she delivered prior to my my car. Now we had to wait for the other vehicle to return to the dealer before they could retrieve my keys, inconveniencing two customers. Consuela offered no apology for theverror, just excuses that she is not a porter. Finally a supervisor came to the service departmdnt, Didgo, who did nothing but escalate the situation. There was no apologies from any of the staff, with the exception of the cashier. The vehicle was delivered with grease stains to both the interior upholstery and exterior as well. The service provided was completely unsatisfactory.
