This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car service department. They misdiagnosed the problem with my 2019 ford fusion hybrid vehicle. Then charged me trumped up prices for several parts that w service department. They misdiagnosed the problem with my 2019 ford fusion hybrid vehicle. Then charged me trumped up prices for several parts that was not even the original problem. They finally got ford engineers involved and told me that the problem was the hybrid battery. The service advisor named Yovonne (Gio they call him there) didn’t give a xxxx and blew smoke up my xxx in every conversation. He originally told me that the hybrid battery was fine. Then wanted to charge me $8,800.00 for a hybrid battery OMG!! My car was there for 9 months. I had to pay over $3,000.00 to get my car back without being repaired. I drove the car to them but had to get it towed back home for another business to finish the repairs. Please don’t go to Wayne Akers Ford in Lake Worth Florida. Yovonne Felix is the worst service advisor on the planet. A reputable service provider diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than two hours. Wayne Akers ford robbed me. The service advisor(Yovonne Felix) charged me on his behalf due to him working on commition. That is disgraceful More

I was very disappointed with the service. There was lack of professionalism, very poor communication and overpriced service. The service center had a very tense vibe, my realtor (Gio) looked There was lack of professionalism, very poor communication and overpriced service. The service center had a very tense vibe, my realtor (Gio) looked like he had a very bad morning. He was very unfriendly and bothered. Our communication stopped He stopped Friday afternoon (when we declined additional service). I was ready for his response and getting my car out, but he never responded. He was not responding me on Saturday, neither Monday. I had to come to the service to find out where is my car! He told me that he wasn’t working Saturday (why wouldn’t he let us to pick the car on Friday since it was ready?) When I asked him, he was very defensive about it. I don’t understand how people can use Wane Akers ford services, since the people working there hate their job and act like we, customers, are bothering them. I still paid lots of money for your service, but next time, I’ll rather take it elsewhere. If this wasn’t for another recall, I wouldn’t come to Ford dealership at all! More

I was frustrated with the dealership's policy when it comes to answering phone calls to the service dept and the lack of return calls .
