Never will i buy another vehicle here. they sold me a vehicle with four flat spotted tires. These 4 tires cost me 1400 dollars to replace. they did not want to help we warrantee the tires they sold me a vehicle with four flat spotted tires. I emailed stellantis ram firestone and now one cares. super disappointed in the way they handled this when the vehicle only had 200 miles on it shame on Aventura ram. More

Used car GM was extremely rude. I left the dealership after the unprofessional contact and 2 hours of waiting. After leaving, a number of employees called to apologize for the behav I left the dealership after the unprofessional contact and 2 hours of waiting. After leaving, a number of employees called to apologize for the behavior and tried to push a deal across the line. I agreed to purchase the car remotely to avoid dealership contact based on my experience. When the vehicle was delivered to me, I was only brought one key. I have been told for over a month I would have a second key. Now, the associate I worked with is refusing to return my calls. I will be leaving a review online and contacting the better business bureau. Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a dealership. More
