I wish I could give a zero. I feel like I've been robbed. My C300 engine died after I drove it less then 50,000 miles and 3 payments left to go. I purchased my 2021 E450 this weekend, and had a great experience. The dealership was very professional, and Jason Cai was a pleasure to work with. They were very prompt and respectful of our time. We reached a great deal without spending hours on negotiations, and were able to focus on the car, versus the numbers. We went in with our own financing, and they never pressured us to use theirs, except as an option contract. However, since the finance manager got us an even better rate, we did go with theirs! We were very torn between this car and another, but the effort that Jason and the manager, Yogi, went through to earn our business really sealed the deal for us. We also appreciate Scott Bi showing us the car initially and helping us out with the final touches. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, ask for Jason Cai! More
