The dealership itself was clean and comfortable. It did take longer than expected to complete the purchase even though we were paying cash. Yesenia was excellent to work with. Her professionalism and efforts were greatly appreciated. The one negative experience we’d like to address was while Yesenia was assisting us and actively speaking to us at her desk, an older lady came and squeezed herself between the wall and Yesenia to look for ‘cords’. This was very rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary while any salesperson is with a customer. Yesenia was very polite to her and let her look for what she was looking for, but this was definitely not the time and the other lady definitely could’ve waited until Yesenia was not with a customer. More
