I had an appt for an oil change with the knowledge that I was waiting with my vehicle. When I arrived 15 minutes earlier than appt time I saw a long line of cars ahead of mine. The man at the desk didn’t was waiting with my vehicle. When I arrived 15 minutes earlier than appt time I saw a long line of cars ahead of mine. The man at the desk didn’t know if my car would be ready within 2 hours. I had to leave and then received a call from a woman who asked how my service went….I explained to her what happened and she rescheduled my appt for me and made sure when I returned that my car went right in.
