Very unhappy with DCH Honda. The sales manager contacted me after I left a less-than positive review with Honda, asking me to indicate the dealership had “made it right.” (They i The sales manager contacted me after I left a less-than positive review with Honda, asking me to indicate the dealership had “made it right.” (They initially overcharged by about $2,500.) He promised that I would receive lifetime free oil changes in exchange, and to keep an eye out for the contract to be sent to me. I never received it, and no, it didn’t go to spam. Very disappointed. The car is great! More

Before the sale they were great. When I went to pick up my truck the tank was empty. I was told I'd get a full tank, but they only put in 5 gallons. I got ghosted when I asked why. Also, it's one day until my temp registration expires. Still no plates that I paid $20 to have deliverd. But the truck is great and I am very satisfied with it. All in all I'd recommend them, but they could do better. More
