I wanted to trade in my old 2004 Corolla S for this beauty and Eramio was a huge help. Thank you Eramio, for helping me with the purchase process trade in and documents signing. The building has a nice looking interior. The outside area is not so nice. Ahmed was/is a good sales person. He did his job and accommodated our requests to test drive 3 vehicles. I thought the sale price negotiation was somewhat irritating. The back and forth was not so pleasant in that I asked for stated asking price before I left to get a lunch. Did not happen, so had to start from square one upon my return to the dealership after lunch. I had done a ton of research and had a good idea what a "fair" price should be. Unfortunately, the next morning after I parked in my driveway, the new CRV would not start. UGH. A man was sent out to replace the battery and did a good job. His name was John. More
