I came in looking for a particular used Jetta, but discovered it had been sold the day before. Yasser was very patient in showing me a used GLI and letting my wife and I come to the decision to spend discovered it had been sold the day before. My car salesman Mr Olsen made me feel like I was a burden. I got a new Subaru ascent from my old one and never took the time to go over any updates or whatnot. Was sent a $25 gift card for any inconveniences. More
