The car purchase experience was seamless. German and Yasseen were great and got me the deal I wanted so no issues there whatsoever. The issues began after I purchased the car as it’s been almost a month and they haven’t paid off my trade in yet. I tried reaching out to finance but they don’t pick up the phone and seems like nobody wants to bother helping after they sold me the car. As of now, my trade in has not been paid off yet and nobody is giving me an answer as to why. More

We appreciate the level of professionalism shown in all aspects of our experience: communication, integrity, and customer care. These qualities were demonstrated before, during and continue even after the sale. Cedrick originally showed the car to us, and Raul has been great in helping with the sale and after-sale service. Alex was very helpful too with a happy to help attitude! We appreciate every team member who was part of our experience. Yasseen is outstanding and goes out of his way to deliver the best customer service, and that type of leadership is hard to find in the car sales world. We visited a number of dealerships. Other than the sales rep being easy to work with. The turnover was not that great. Nobody walked through how to use the vehicle, and the secondary key was lost. Vehicle also would not start the next day after I took it hoome because it was cold 16 degrees. Note: I" bought a 2024 diesel". I then brought it up to get looked at. The answer I got was it should not happen again. When I asked to talk with service tech because the answers, I got were did not make any sense. I was told they were too busy on a Thursday afternoon. More

I bought a 40,000$ truck an the same day it was having engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was m engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was my only option which messed up credit again .
