Other than the sales rep being easy to work with. The turnover was not that great. Nobody walked through how to use the vehicle, and the secondary key was lost. Vehicle also would not start the next day after I took it hoome because it was cold 16 degrees. Note: I" bought a 2024 diesel". I then brought it up to get looked at. The answer I got was it should not happen again. When I asked to talk with service tech because the answers, I got were did not make any sense. I was told they were too busy on a Thursday afternoon. I bought a 40,000$ truck an the same day it was having engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was m engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was my only option which messed up credit again .
