We were hoping to be able to buy an car in 2020, but apparently the Accent wanted to retire early. It is always stressful to buy a car under the best of circumstances, but even more so when you feel like you are at the mercy of the salespeople as they KNOW you do not just WANT a car, but NEED one. From the first time we saw Eddie, we knew we were not going to have to feel like that at all. He was friendly, funny, and knew his product. He could confidently answer all our questions and show us how all parts of the car functioned. We had gotten our Accent 11 years ago and it had 173,000 miles with very few major issues in this time. We knew we would be shopping for another Hyundai! From start to finish, Eddie turned an unfortunate and unexpected problem into a pleasant opportunity. I even told all my friends we actually had a very good salesperson and it want as smoothly as possible. Keep in mind Eddie is young, but maybe that was why he was so eager to help us out. He certainly did not lack knowledge or experience and if we are around long enough to need another new car!!!! we certainly hope he is still here to sell it to us! Deal with confidence at this fine Dealership! More

Less stressful way to buy a car After looking around and test driving the Honda CR-V and the Nissan Rogue I test drove the Hyundai Santa Fe SEL package. It was just what I was looking for with the many new safety features the gas milage ( I got 36 MPG ON 1st highway trip), the new design and a nice smooth quiet ride. Just enough features on the SEL and u won’t break the bank. I worked with Jon Muehl on the purchase of my car. Jon was great!! Of course at some point you are going to have to talk OTD price but once that is done it’s very simple. Jon was very good at explaining all the features how to use them and overall was very enjoyable to talk to. It is much easier to get everything taken care of before I even went to ROSEN HYUNDAI. Jon was great pre- during and post sale. I won’t need another car for awhile as I purchased the 5 year extra bumper to bumper warranty which also adds the electronics so I have 10 year bumper to bumper and 10 yr -120,000 powertrain warranty. If I ever do need another car I will go to see JON MUEHL AT ROSEN HYUNDAI. I am from Rockford, IL so I took a test drive there but when it came down to it they would not deal at all. They wanted FULL MSRP did not discuss rebates or dealer incentives towards the MSRP and did not offer any discount off the MSRP so between that, there inventory(4cars on the lot) and they do not do dealer trades like ROSEN HYUNDAI so u can get exactly the car your looking for if it’s available. I would highly recommend you take the time to drive to ROSEN HYUNDAI, it’s a short drive but you will save money, have someone friendly to deal with, get oil changes and car washes for a year and get the car u want at a price you can afford. They also have many cars to choose from not 4 like ROCKFORD, they make u feel as though you owe them your business just because your from Rockford. Remember hit the internet talk to JON MUEHL and talk to a dealer who’s not out to take your last dollar. The finance dept was great also, very knowledgeable and their to help you and not just sign you up for every extra thing you may not need and was very good at explaining the extended warranty. OVERALL A 5 PLUS RATING!! More
